Throughout the summer programme our beneficiaries will enjoy two to three months of personal and professional development. This will be complimented by mentoring, peer-to-peer learning and networking.  The aim is to expand their skills through training and enhanced learning so that they can then bring back and utilize these skills within the Hong Kong cricket community.
